Warranties and Disclaimers

Due to the nature of the web site, Eduserv cannot review contributions or confirm the validity of information posted. Eduserv relies on the community to monitor and report any unsuitable content. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any contribution, and are not responsible for the contents of any postings.

The views expressed are those of the author and are not necessarily the views of Eduserv or our partners. Users who feel that a posted message is objectionable are encouraged to report this to us immediately by using the report abuse link on each page. We are able to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, and may not take place immediately.

Deleting Messages

Although Eduserv cannot review each contribution and is not responsible for the content of any of postings, we reserve the right to delete any content for any reason whatsoever. Contributions will be typically deleted as a result of the following:

• Profanity deemed to be blatant as opposed to incidental
• Content likely to cause significant offence
• Spamming or commercial solicitation
• Flaming other members with the apparent intent of inciting or perpetuating a conflict or argument
• Bombing forums or individual threads with repetitive, pointless posts
• Posting personal e-mail or chat dialogues
• Posting pornographic or otherwise objectionable material
• Impersonating other individuals or false representation
• Discussion of illegal activity, or posting links to other websites that deal with such activities
• Breach another member's privacy, i.e. containing phone numbers, addresses or other personal information
• Copyright violations

EduCoMS Acceptable Use

• You agree, through your use of the EduCoMS web site, to use and contribute to the site exclusively for its intended purpose namely the exchange of knowledge and best practice on the planning, deployment and operation of Microsoft technologies.
• You agree, through your use of the EduCoMS web site, not to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any law.
• You agree, through your use of EduCoMS web site, not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you.
• You agree, through your use of EduCoMS web site, not to post advertising of any kind without the prior consent of Eduserv.
• Eduserv reserves the right to disclose your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any contribution made by you.
